I get inspired by my surroundings everyday and I bring that inspiration into the food that I make at home. The beautiful green landscape of Switzerland with wild flowers growing everywhere inspired me to create something special.
Recipe (serves 6-8)
Ingredients:
2 avocados, pitted and skinned
1 cucumber, diced big
1 celery branch with leaves
1 strip of green pepper
1-2 of white/red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp moringa powder
1/4 cup green grapes
6 mint leaves
1/4 jalapeno (optional)
1 clove garlic (soaked in vinegar)
1 shallot (soaked in vinegar)
Zest of 1 lime/lemon+ 1 Tbsp juice
2.5 cups ice cold water
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients together to a creamy smooth paste.
Chill in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Serve cold with garnish of choice. Garnish options: cashew cream, grapes, edible flower, micro greens, evoo
